| Liability of Jobquest in Career Sales Agent Business |
| Career Sales Agent only able to sell products mentioned in their letter of appointment. They can accept payments for products on the website if they directed by Jobquest. and they should issue a receipt only in their name, not in the name of Jobquest. If a Career Sales agent or career agent issue receipt in the name of Jobquest or Jdc Express & Cargo Services Pvt. Ltd. then it will be an illegal act. Jobquest shall not obliged to provide service for the product until Jobquest or Jdc Exp & Cargo Services Pvt. Ltd. received the payment from the agent. Jobquest or Jdc Express & Cargo Services Pvt. Ltd. is no way held responsible for non providing of services to clients by the agent in case of default of payment by a Career Sales Agent. A client should contact a career sales agent in such a case. Jobquest International Jobs is an international jobsite, no way can not or will not or shall not offer or provide an overseas job/ work permit to anyone. If a Jobquest Agent claims to provide you an overseas job or work permit then the Act will be treated as illegal. In such a case Jobquest Shall not held responsible for that but the agent. |
