1)   The payment is for the Resumeposting service or Recruiters Directory (Print Editions) & on receipt of payment resumeposting service will be provided to the clients/ buyers.  
2)   Jobquest or Its associates or agent noway guarantee any Job of whatso ever for the payment made.
3)   Once payment payment made, nothing will be refundable or adjustable in any case without any obligation.
4)   A Jobseeker can buy the above product or products online or offline using Jobquest Offices and Networks.
5)   Buying Jobquest Products online or offline, a jobseeker must aware of the terms mentioned herein and should agree the same.
6)   Resumepost will available for once.
7)   Resumepost does not guarantee any job or any recomandation, but only provide the services offered.
8)    Jobquest has authority to accept or cancel application as well as listing anytime without any obligations.
9)    Jobquest also can change any of the terms or all the terms mentioned here without assigning any reasons of what so ever to any one without any intimations.
10)  Recruiters Directory (Print edition), where all data is supplied by the listed recruiters, Jobquest no way guarantee listing quality, and authenticity.
11)  Recruiters Directory & Resumepost services will be available to buyers only when the payment received, and in case of Printed directories they delivery will take 3-4 weeks after payment received. On purchasing Resumeposting Service Jobquest will send resume directly to recruiters or employers. No recruiter data will be available to buyer. and the buyer should not and will not asked for the same.
12)  All disputes are subjected to Kolkata, India Jurisdiction only.
